You’re not getting the issue. These customers never cancelled their subscriptions. They never cancelled in PayPal and they didn’t cancel on the site. Yet it shows as cancelled on the site but not PayPal. Clicking reconnect does nothing.

Me doing a test order and cancelling isn’t replicating the issue. The issue is somewhere else

I’m not sure. I’m only made aware of it when a customer reaches out and tells us, which as you should know, has been many times now.

Yes sure.

Yes I’ve tried clicking that button, nothing happens. It still says cancelled and the status of the customers subscription doesn’t change.

Everything is not functioning correctly and considering I’ve brought this up multiple times now, I’m getting sick of being told the same thing.

Ok but I need this 100% fixed once and for all though. This cannot happen again considering how much money we’ve spent on your plugins and on customisation as well.

We have that option disabled/hidden. The user only has the option to cancel the next billing period so that isn’t it.

Both subscriptions are now showing as “Cancelled” in the WPDM backend but both are still active in PayPal.

This also means that customers can’t cancel their subscriptions as it already shows as being cancelled.

This is a huge mess and needs to be sorted today
