So how can I do it without cutting off access?

Will that cancel their next billing period, or immediately cut access to the site?

ok well 1. I don’t see that button in my back end and 2. why would I ever want to do that? Charge a customer without their permission? That’s not legal.

What I want is for this stuff to stop happening and have a system that works. Like its over and over and over I have these issues and you guys make your “changes” and say its not going to happen again yet here we are. I have zero faith that the issues are fixed and that in a few weeks I won’t be back here complaining that this hasn’t been fixed.

So if I click that button, will they get charged?

What does that button do though? Does it reactivate their old subscription with the same dates etc or is it creating a new subscription?

This issue is still happening.

User Id 720. This users subscription was cancelled. They didn’t cancel it, we didn’t cancel it but it’s showing as cancelled even though they were charged a couple days ago.

This is an actual joke at this point

You guys need to start again with this. There is so many inconsistencies, issues and bugs. There’s something fundamentally wrong with the setup and how everything is communicating with PayPal/Stripe and the other plugins. We’ve paid you guys thousands in plugins and customisations and I’m here every other day with a new/existing issue that hasn’t been fixed.

in reply to: Bugs everywhere #199830

ok so what now? The customers subscription is gone and the issue isn’t fixed

in reply to: Bugs everywhere #199828

Well I didn’t cancel it and the customer didn’t cancel it. So you or someone from your team has cancelled it without my or the customer’s permission.
