Ben London,
FYI, they just released version 6.7.7 of Download Manager Pro. In my testing, it appears to have fixed the issue with spaces in S3 bucket/subdirectory names. I can now attach files from buckets that had spaces in the bucket or subdirectory names and the files stay attached.

Ben London,
I’ve been having the same issue since 6.7.4. Please check if your S3 bucket names or subdirectory names have a space in the name. After testing all morning, I’ve narrowed it down to this in my case:
If a bucket has a space in the name OR if a subdirectory within a bucket has a space in the name and you try to add a NEW file, the file is removed along with any existing files that were from that same bucket/directory. Be careful not to update packages for now where the files come from buckets/directories with spaces in the names or it will remove all of the files that came from that bucket/directory (I found out the hard way) .
If you add a file from a bucket that has no spaces in the name, then the files attach and stay attached successfully. I have another ticket open about this and I updated support in that ticket so that hopefully they can fix the issue on their end. We shouldn’t have to rename our buckets or subdirectories since the issue started with version 6.7.4 AND doing so would break most or all of our download links. I hope this information is helpful.
Yes, I see that the orders were renewed. I did need to go to the License tab in Download Manager Pro and save the settings again to get it to see that my subscription is active and this worked. I appreciate your help.
Could the development team please provide an update on the issue? I have many packages that I need to update with reusable patterns/blocks as soon as possible but I can’t do this until the issue is fixed. Thank you very much.
It appears that the issue is caused by a plugin conflict. Deactivating all plugins except for Elementor and Download Manager Pro allows me to edit packages with Elementor. As soon as I am able to localize which plugin is causing this, I’ll let you know. Thanks.
Thanks. I have reached out to GiveWP support regarding the Guzzle HTTP issue with the Give-Bitpay plugin.
Regarding the “Keep new signups pending for admin review” feature, this was affecting new admin users I created in WordPress directly as well as new WooCommerce customers by making their new accounts pending (which I don’t want). If I want to allow ALL WordPress users to be approved by default, do I enable all roles under Allowed Sign up Roles?
Could you please provide evidence as soon as possible which shows that the issue is coming from ElementsKit Pro so that I can provide that information to Wpmet Support? This would be helpful in getting this resolved quickly so that they don’t try to blame your software as the source of the issue. Thank you.
Thanks. Both refunds have been credited back to my credit card.
I see that these two orders are now set to Stripe but I don’t see a way to use Stripe to turn on auto-renew for these orders. The Activate button doesn’t do anything. If I have to renew with Stripe manually, how exactly will I do that if/when they expire?
