i have tried what you said, the download button is downloading single files but it is not downloading zip files on both the integration and download site.
I did change the [ download link] to [link_label] , and it still does not work.

I have attached some images, the zipped files have multiple documents in them.

we are recieving the following error on our server:

” No such file or directory in /var/www/vhosts/cathexisvideo.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/wpdm-start-download.php on line 102, referer: https://downloads.cathexisvideo.com/?__wpdmlo=9707 ”

Please, can we get some assitance as soon as possible.

We have turned off our caching on the website and we still having a problem.

Can you please tell me what scripts need to be excluded from the cache plugin.
Im not too sure about that.
