Okay, so you’ve identified the problem? Can you fix it?

If I update via cpanel, will I lose all packages? We have many files. Is it possible for you to update?

I still don’t know why it keeps sending me back to “enter license key” page :*(

It is still looping back to the “enter license key” page… I see you re-entered the license key, but when I click “add package” or any option, it just brings me back to “enter license key” page.

I will try to upgrade and see if it works.

Is there a way to give you ftp access to just the download manager? or is whole site ftp the only way?

I put in the same key and click “save”. It thinks for a second and then nothing happens.

Been waiting 4 days now for this.. the level of professionalism shown is really going down. First, advertising $30 cost and charging $45. Second, license key doesn’t work/invalid after purchase. Third, license key unlocked by you after waiting a few days for support then becoming invalid again. Fourth, a few more days go by and nothings changed… Come on Shaon! I can’t imagine this is a time-consuming fix…

Is this happening because I am using version 3.1.4.1?

The problem isn’t necessarily the license key… it’s just that it keeps looping back to that screen even after I enter it. Originally, it had accepted that license key and it saved it. Now whenever I try to use the plugin, it just loops back to that “Enter License Key” screen regardless of which plugin menu item I choose.

I am not using it for “another” domain. I am using it for the ONE domain that I paid for.

Hello,

For some reason, I cannot post in the Pro forum even though we purchased this product for $45. I sent you some images last week explaining my invalid license key and you TEMPORARILY resolved my issue. The problem I am now having is that every time I go to use your plugin in the back-end of our website (http://www.warriorproducts.com), it just redirects me to the “Enter License Key” form. I enter in the license key you unlocked for us and once again it says “Invalid License Key”. So, once again I cannot use your product. Please resolve Shaon.

Thank you!
