Thank you. I have update it manually. Actually the issue have presented at this update as I was able to update it from my dashboard for last few releases. The issue seems to appear after WordPress 5.0 update.

I created new templates by using “create new template” method. I have transferred the DB but templates are not in the list.

But it is too complicated for customer. There should be direct download links after returning from successful payment. After clicking on guest download page, customer still have to enter email address and order ID to access the downloadable files….

On the other hand, there seems to be no way for customer to download files directly from email. I think you guys should seriously consider improving this process. Guest or registered, user should have instant access to the files he/she paid for.

Please guide me if there is any way around.

Hmm, i think you guys should make an addon for this feature. Having ability to insert selective multiple packages from same category, well it can be useful in many ways.
