I can see that you have been ignoring this support ticket from last 2 months. You are requested to please investigate this issue and come up with a solution. 2CO have recently changed their dashboard to (2CO 2.0). That might also require additional settings to configure to make it work. Please run some tests and provide a solution.

Q1: how can i share a temporary download link to my customers, in case they miss to download the item or want to re-download it?

Hmm, then you should add an option in dashboard to switch between “IP based or Session based cart saving” as it always messes with cache and i always have to change the cart file.

Sometimes user claim to not receiving the receipt and download links. And it is quite annoying to instruct customers every time about using their dashboard. Customers also prefer an easy and short process, just clicking on download link in their email. So, it would be great if you guys can add the option to resend the receipts. It will save a lot of hustle and time.
