Unfortunately, we have already tried with several devices, as well as from several countries; Madagascar, Comoros, Seychelles, Mauritius Island, France, etc… But nothing happens. Drop the ticket, we can close without having resolved the problem.

Thanks for watching. It seems like it only works with you! We tried again by downloading an eleventh document, but nothing seems to work for us… It still indicates your download and the one I had done first on February 4th… Oh well, we’ll try with another more stable plugin… thanks again.

Hi Nayeem, Thanks for your help. I tried but unfortunately it still doesn’t work. The proof is that 9 downloads have been made without it being recorded. Can you inspect this more closely please?

Hi Nayeem, I tried to reply to you yesterday, but unfortunately it didn’t work.

I wrote you the following:

Thank you for your intervention. We looked and indeed, there is a recording, but we tried with several accounts and nothing works, it still does not work.

Also, when you want to filter with dates, the date picker doesn’t seem to work either, it stays stuck on today’s date, without being able to select an earlier date.

Maybe there is an incompatibility with another plugin: UsersWP, and it turns out they are duplicating?

If you can take another look and explain to me if I have everything set up correctly, that would be great!
