Thanks, I have checked on both mobile and desktop:

– Logged in as an administrator with access, it still displays “You are not allowed to download”
– Logged in a Premium Member there is no download button at all and no error message either.

Do you not have a snippet I can use to get rid of the [free_download_btn] shortcode that appears on the frontend page? It seems like it’s erroneous as it shouldn’t be showing!

Hi,

Having contacted my hosting company, they said it’s a problem with this plugin.

Since then I have also found that I cannot change the featured image.

These problems are exclusive to WPDM and all other plugins are working as they should.

Please can someone help me as I have customers waiting for new downloads.

I’m also getting this on the download edit page:
