Hi Nyeem. Yes – please do pass this on to your developers. Thanks.

I ended up removing the plugin and reinstalling. It works now.

Hello again Nayeem. Are you able to tell me what the numbers at the beginning of the following string mean?

a:1:{i:0;s:65:"https://ethnosstatements.s3.amazonaws.com/{{178487533__name}}";}

Specifically the a:1 and i:0 and s:65

Thanks!

Which webhook would you think would help in this situation? Basically, when a file is added to S3 I want a download created in WP. Does your zapier integration have actions or just triggers?

Thanks

Thank you Nayeem. Can you explain your first few sentences over again? I don’t quite understand what you mean.

In the mean time, I will check out that add-on.

Thanks.

Certainly, thank you for the help Nayeem.

Here are the steps in my Zapier zap:

1. A new file is added to our Amazon S3 bucket. The file will be formatted something like 200032-EthnosStatement-202201.pdf
2. Zapier detects the file.
File added to S3
3. ID number is extracted from file name (the first number)
Extract ID
4. Zapier searches for an employee using the extracted ID number:
finding employee record
5. A wordpress post is created by inserting a row into the mysql table. This is a WPDM post type:
WPDM post created
6. Another row is added to the mysql database. This time it’s in the wp_postmeta table. Using the post id from the previous step, I am adding post metadata that I am hoping will attach the original file to the post. The zap gets the url from the first step.
Enter metadata

I saw an update available to 2.7.6 but after updating I am still seeing the same issue. Can you please advise?

Thank you. What is the best way to find out when this update has been released?
