german file has english translation.

but nothing appears.

According to your question:
It is obvious that I do not mean the title “Downloads”. The word stays thes same in both languages.
In german language you plugin shows the corresponding downloads.
In english language your plugin fails to do that.
That is because in english language there appears nothing more than “DOWNLOADS”.

According to your other sentences:
I it really hard to understand what you want to say, Shaon.

Do you mean,
– you corrected errors with not appears downloads in english version
– you corrected errors with wrong create date?
– I should download WPDM once more?

Please clarify.

Just look at one of the numerous downloads.

All show the todays date as creation date.

Please clarify what to do.

Or even better, since you have admin-access to test-area: Please have a look for yourself.

What package? I updated your Hotfix for your last Bugfix 4.5.3?
Please look for yourself.

I gave you admin to test-area. i updated everything. 4.5.0. > 4.5.1 > 4.5.2 > 4.5.3 > 4.5.3 Hotfix.

How long is this going to take? It is before christmas 2015 since the problems appeared.

I am slowly getting problems telling company management, we pay you guys to deliver one update after another, which in fact is making things going even more down the drain! for weeks…

Please bugfix, as I cannot predict and tell you what you guys changed from 4.4.0.

I can at least see, that you guys changes template directories.
This is not reflected in your changelog: for none of the versions since 4.4.0
Only 4.4.0 lists changes to templates. and this is the version which used to work.

The issue is still here. Wrong create date.

What bugfix work are you doing for @savvasha?

hi,
i can confirm that.

for me
create date is incorrect (after update from 4.3.0 – 4.5.1+4.2) in german language. (always current date)
in second language it seems correct…
