so basically its the “MEMBERSHIP PLANS” window that isn’t loading. going straight to the dashboard. did something happen in this latest version i have?

i see that the latest version I downloaded has the field for a full name. the only issue now is that when a user signs in, it skips the “pick a subscription level” or “membership level” selection page and goes straight to the dashboard. they cant download once they are there because they dont have memebership, which the user never got the chance to select one.

you’ll see that when you go to the “downloads” panel, even downloading a doc from there shows error. If i deactivated “wpmembership” plugin, it would let me download one of the documents, but the other doc would give me a 502

I purchased this last week. I have version 2.3.3 which seems to be up to date

Here is what the error page is showing:

I dont have ftp access so I cant get server error logs. I deactivated plugin and reactivated.
