Sorry, I didn’t mean translation I meant changing the wording. ie. Changing “Join” to “Become a Member”

Yes, thank you for directing me. I had access but the directory was pointed at the staging website not the live one. I adjusted it and now have visibility

– Can update the categories and Tags without changing anything else?
– I was trying to clarify if I could update specific parts of packages without uploading it completely. For example, adjusting the Categories/tags without adjusting the description/title/etc.

Can I update packages with the bulk importer? Or is that only for new packages? If I am using the wpdm_packages shortcode to display my packages, how do I include/exclude tags?

On a related note: We have some people that we’d like to have sign up for an Organizational License membership at $1000/yr. Some have already paid. If I give them a 100% discount code so that they don’t have to pay upfront, will they be set to auto-renew with the card on file the next year? When I tested it with my card it appeared to work, showing a $0 charge in Stripe and recording my credit card information.

I’m referring more to the “When user is not allowed to download: Hide Everything”

I’d like to have some of my packages visible to users with the link hidden and some hidden. Is that possible?

I have solved it. By removing the mapping for First and Last name, it is working for some reason.

We have actually sorted this out on our own and I no longer need this feature at this time. Please fix this in case someone needs it in the future.
