Thanks for your reply, but its already on! I’ve turned it off, hit save, and then turned it on again, hitting save. Still the same.

Hi, the folder was on the FTP server, I’ve removed it now. I hope that sorts it all!

Just so you know in the end, I found it to be more to do with my hosting provider than anything else. Switching providers seem to make this problem go away.

Thanks for bumping this! No one can download any files at the moment and I’ll need to start looking at alternatives to Download Manager if this continues!

I don’t want to however as I really do like the plugin and think its great that its free!

Here’s an example of the files I get.

Also, I’m not sure if this is related, but WordPress fails to update? Could it be a permissions problem? The files seem to upload ok, but people can’t download.

Hi Everything from my end works great but I can’t seem to download any file. When I click on the “Download” icon (as a member of the public), all I get is a file titled “download-not-available”
