Here is the most current comment from one of my readers. This is a constant complaint and I am not sure what to do to fix it.
Hi Nayeem,
The problem is not resolved. Here are a few of the posts that I have had complaints on just this morning:
Everyone is complaining of the same error. Critical error and telling them to learn more about debugging on WordPress.
Thank you, that worked. I hope I will be able to increase that number to greater than 5 at some point?
I am still not able to access all packages from my dashboard. I can access every other tab under Downloads but that one. It is now showing me a 500 Error.
I have had this issue with ho solution since I started using WPDM 3 years ago, on all versions it has been incorrect. I would love a fix also.
I have the same problem. WPDM is 5 hours ahead of my local time (CST) so it is expiring the download when my readers still have 5 hours left to download.
I am using WP Pro. I use password and email lock options on all my packages.
Borhan, what if my purchase page only has 5.1.1? I am having several issues that 5.1.1 is not fixing.
Nayeem, what am I missing? I purchased the addon on but it only sets the password as a default moving forward. It does not seem to update existing packages. Is there a trick to make this work or am I out $40?
Preeettty please answer this ticket! My readers are losing their minds and I cannot easily whip up 130 new subscription boxes in my email program in time for the New Year rush. I love this service but when I pay for it, I want it to be dependable and this is the 2nd time this has happened to me now. No rhyme or reason.
Bumping this up. 130 packages, none can be downloaded right now!

Any help would be appreciated! This is causing many problems!
This would be amazing! I agree!
Yes! I second, third and fourth this! I do the same and it would save so much time!
Any update on this? Thanks!
Thank you!!! That code + the update worked!
