I see that you created a test page. Weird. Cause I used my iPad using the Puffin browser to download using that [wpdm_all_packages] it only downloads the link, but when I use the ordinary by category short code it correctly downloads the file.

However, when I use the Google Chrome browser it says it cannot proceed but when I use the Safari browser it successfully show the pdf file. Is this on my part? Or the browsers doesn’t support the download?

Or will this be fixed IF ever I but the PRO version?

Here’s how to reproduce the problem with the [wpdm_all_packages] shortcode, whenever you click a document, there will be a pop-up, showing the description, then on that pop-up there would be a button for ‘download’ when you click that it will only show a file that has been downloaded not the correct file instead. By the way sir, would you have this option: [wpdm-all-packages category=categiry-id], available to the FREE version? Since the [wpdm-all-packages] is working, but it does not have any option to have the search database for each category. I just really like your product! Thank you so much for providing it for free.

Hello, first of all, I’d like to thank you for sharing this very useful plugin.

However, I believe I do experience the same problem involving the FILE DESCRIPTION. The description saves, but it does not show at the download page. I’ve sent you an email for the details. It does save the description I’ve written on the Manage page,

Also, I think there is a bug? Cause whenever I try to switch the COUNTER: TO SHOW, cause by default it is ON HIDE. Whenever I try to save it to SHOW, it does not save. I mean, it will save for the second time, but example if I create a NEW FILE, upload the document, put the file description and set the COUNTER to show, everything saves except for the COUNTER which is still on HIDE but when I switch it again on SHOW it will now save.
