Wonderful. Thank you!
Dave
Interesting. Yes, we do pull content from AWS-S3, but it all worked great just a few weeks ago. ?!? Something changed somewhere.
It’s additionally interesting because audio files are also distributed via Amazon S3, and the audio preview function of WPDM works just fine. It’s pulling those files from AWS, not a separate server or the WP install.
Hello?? Anything?
Yes, it’s been resolved. I tired of awaiting a reply here on the free forum, so I reached out via live chat. Tanvir resolved the issue. All he told me was it had to do with a technical issue — I have no idea what that was.
What hasn’t been addressed is this: While I appreciate your products and don’t mind paying the annual subscription, why have I experienced problems with the renewal each year??
Works great now. Thanks!
I’m seeing the same.
I reinstalled the latest version of WPDM and disabled all other non-esential plugins (WPDM, S3. The problem persisted. I have now rolled back to WPDM v5.2.4 and stats are working again for the newest downloads. I’m not getting any stats for downloads prior this latest rollback to v5.2.4.
I deactivated all non-essential plugins and the problem persists. Did you access my site with the credentials I shared?
Can you give us an idea when soon is?
I updated to Download Manager Pro to v5.2.3 and I still can’t add files from Amazon S3 as attachments. Are you going to be updating your WordPress Amazon S3 Storage Plugin addon from its current version of 2.8.1?
I have rolled back Download Manager Pro to v5.0.8 so I can attach files for clients to download.
Can you advise on the status and expected delivery date for an update so that files from Amazon S3 can be attached using the latest versions of your products?
I’m experiencing the same problem — I’m unable to attach files from Amazon S3 in WPDM 5.2.2. I’ve rolled back to a 5.0 version so I can actually get it to work.
Is there any word on this pending update? I’m assuming the update will be made to the WPDM Amazon S3 plugin?
I’m getting the error on your website, not mine:
Great, thanks!

You’ll need to use the credentials I shared in the private reply above.
The download doesn’t create the zip file, the files are already zipped and uploaded to Amazon S3 that way, as full zip files. Users have been downloading the Zip file for two years, and the problems only started about two weeks ago. As I said originally, users can download mp3 and mp4 files, but suddenly are unable to download the already created zip files.
Any way I can get an assist for this problem — it is continuing.
Thanks
