Any ideas?

I tried to delete the file and re-upload it.
If you set a password lock and then uncheck the password lock, it keeps prompting you for that password.
Even if I delete the cache, there’s no way back.

Ok, thanks a lot.
Pop-up issue is solved. Now the other question: why am I prompted for a password even if the file is selected as readable and downloadable for all users and not password locked?
It was password locked originally, but now it is not locked anymore…

Jass,
did you open the link or read both posts?
I know by myself that I need to allow all visitors for everyone to download the file. What I’m saying is that when you click download, it tries to open the password form, even if the file is NOT password protected. Now the file and its category are readable from all users, not password protected, and when you click “download” it again tries to open the password form.

Please, try it yourself before answering and see that something is wrong.

The file has password protection, but even if I remove password protection, the password pop-up appears and disappears

Is anybody there?
Do you have any solution to this issue? Or are you just ignoring it? ๐Ÿ˜€

Same problem here!

Theme is Clever Course, from GoodLayers: if I disable the WPDM, everything works great. I also tried re-installing WordPress with plugin installed, but still icons are not showing if WPDM is activated.
