Hello. I am following up on this issue, since I never received a reply. The issue continues to occur. I just did a test order using PayPal and this is what is shown on my PayPal receipt email:

{{PRODUCT_NAME}} – Order# wpdmpp5E80F5D8185ED

Please let me know why the “Product Name” is not being populated properly.

Thanks

Yes, I am using the latest version of WPDM and the latest version of the Download Limit Addon on my own website.

However, please note that the screenshot that I previously sent was taken from your own demo site:
http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/download/multi-file-package/

Try changing the number of monthly allowed downloads on that Demo Site from “9999” to “1” and then test on the above package link.

I’m assuming that the demo site is running the latest versions.

Please advise.

It’s been a week since the last reply, so I’m following up on this ticket. Please advise if this is a bug in the Download Limit addon.

Thanks

I am not sure if I understand your reply.

1) Adjust the number of similar downloads packages that are displayed
2) Change the link template that is used for the similar downloads template

Please advise. Thanks.

I am also interested in knowing how to have the system automatically send the user an email message if they left items in their shopping cart without checking out.

Hello. Thanks for the reply. That CSS code resolved the add to cart button for the specific sample page that I shared, but I noticed that it does not resolve it for all of my other packages. It seems that each package has its own unique cart form css (i.e., form#wpdm_cart_form_43541). Is there some css code that I can use that will allow me to just update this once such that it fixes all of my add to cart buttons? I am going to have hundreds of different packages, so it will be extremely time consuming if I need to add custom CSS for each add to cart button.

Please let me know. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. Excluding the cart page from cache appears to have resolved the issue. Thanks!

I wanted to mention that this definitely appears to be a bug in the add-on. Here is a test that I did on the demo site and I am having the same results as described above:

https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/download/download-limit-test/

Please try for yourself.

Thanks for the reply, but I think you might have misunderstood my issue.

I am repeatedly clicking on the SAME download link in the SAME session and it IS NOT being counted as ONE download. Each time I repeatedly click on the same download link it is being counted as another download.

For example, I just clicked the same download button in 1 second intervals (click, click, click) and my download count just jumped from 7 to 10 downloads.

Repeated clicks on the same link and same session are not being counted as one.

Please advise.

Thanks for the reply. Can you please let me know where the change log section is located, so I can refer to it when there are major changes made to add-ons?
