Hello,

we can’t get the wpdm_slider shortcode to work (Extended Short-code Add-on is installed).

Is there a more in depth documentation than the one found on ‘https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/’ available or could someone provide some working examples. Best case also with screenshots of how the output is supposed to look like. Especially the complete setup from the demo (https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/slider/) would be interesting.

Some examples of shortcodes we already tried:
– [wpdm_slider ids=”sbo”] where sbo is the category slug
– [wpdm_slider ids=”573,574″] where 573 and 574 are package ids

Thanks

Hi,

Can you please check the option from Downloads> Settings > User Interface enabling/disabling styles/scripts. please let me know if it works for you.

Thanks.

Hi,

thanks for the fast reply.
We tried several combinations of enabling/disabling these settings but we still can’t get it to work.
The installed theme is Astra with Elementor as page builder if that helps.

Hi,

we just found that there is also a wpdm-elementor plugin.
Would you recommend using it instead of the shortcodes and might that help solving the issue?

Thanks

Hi

is the shortcode wpdm_slider only available in the PRO version or also in the standard version?

Thanks a lot
