Good Morning,
I am urgently in need of your assistance in resolving functionality issues with Download Manager. The plugin was working fine as of Friday, August 23rd. Now our members keep getting the following message when trying to download any file that we have on our site through your plugin.
“Adobe Reader could not open ‘Batavia Music Buffs Bylaws-2.pdf’ because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded).”
We are currently running a fundraising campaign where our students/families need to download an order form all this week which is time sensative. PLEASE respond asap as to a fix for the issue.
