In our test environment, remote URL download is working fine.
Can you please provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue?
Also, please share the related page/file/package URL with us where the issue exists.

The download is not working due to a mixed content loading error. Please check this.
You can follow this in order to solve the issue. Also, you can contact with hosting support about the valid SSL implementation.

Oke, thanks for your reply. SSL issue is resolved, I will try later again with remote file

Another question, I have bought PRO yesterday and I would like to have a tab filter just like the one in your demo on https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/photography/download/the-skyscrapers/

In that specific demo photo’s are in albums and is a tab filter visible below the photo’s
How do I do this please ?

Hi,
In order to use the photography demo please download the Attire and its child theme first. Then follow the procedures described in the below link.

Also, that’s not a tab filter, it’s Download tags.
Also, you can try accordion instead.

I have read in my theme library in the Attire photography theme… ” This is not a WordPress theme ” ?
So please, I need to work on my website. All of this is the reason I have purchased the PRO version.

Attire photography is a child theme of the Attire parent theme.
Also, WPDM Pro is a download manager plugin and Attir is a multi-purpose theme.
However, your website is not accessible as well, Please have a look at this.
