WordPress Download Manager Bug
There is a bug in WordPress Download Manager. All THe7 theme users cannot display the footer normally, so all the7 theme users can’t use this plugin. I don’t know about other themes. This problem has not been resolved, and there is no official response.
Hi,
That’s due to your theme structure. There instead of using a direct category URL, you may use a category shortcode on a page.
Docs:
[wpdm_category] – Query All Downloads From One or More Categories
Or category block ( Gutenberg editor )
Hello Tony,
sorry to see the problem.
I will suggest you create a new page. Then you can see if that blank page has footer. and just use the category shortcode mentioned in the previous comment.
I hope it will solve the issue.
Thanks
Tested here https://www.portkeys.com/dev-test/, Gutenberg add-on is working fine and also showing footer properly.
