Search & Toolbar not displaying

Hi,

I’m trying to recreate a similar layout to these which have a search bar and order filtering at the top: https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/list-packages/

I followed the documentation here: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/wpdm_packages-wp_query-in-a-shortcode-for-download-manager-packages/

However, when I use the following shortcode the results display differently with no search bar and the ordering filters are different too:
Shortcode used:[wpdm_packages paging="1" orderby="field name" order="asc or desc" items_per_page="10" template="link-template-calltoaction4" cols=4 colspad=2 colsphone=1]

You are using a very old version of WPDM, so this is causing, please check

I got the plugin from Nobuna and unfortunately they don’t have a later version available, I’ve tried their automatic update plugin but it doesn’t list any newer versions.

Please advise.

I’ve now updated to the latest version but the toolbar is still not the same as the demo?

It is quite weird, the same shortcode behaving difference, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking if it is overriding the code, you may also switch theme to other for checking, please let me know then

please purchase the original from here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases, for the third party purchase, it may be causing the issue
