I have been testing your free product today, but prior to purchasing your Pro product and add-ons I would like to have the following questions answered please:
Technical requirements:
1) on this current project, all downloadable content will be available at no charge for site members, but not visitors. Visitors can see and click content download buttons/links, but client would prefer that visitors be directed to a custom landing page url (which is more user-friendly), rather than to standard wp-login page.
2) ability to log all downloads by the WP user ID.
3) button templates – I am using Bootstrap and FontAwesome currently, and need to be able to be able to add classes to the download links to keep buttons consistent with balance of site.
4) are Downloads/download packages a Custom Post Type? i.e. – downloads are managed separately from standard WP Media Post Types.
Licensing questions:
1) can user purchase Pro version and later upgrade to Developer for difference in price?
2) additional support after 1st year – what is the cost as a percentage of initial software purchase and 1st year support price?
