Let me know please are you using [wpdm_user_dashboard] shortcode for the dashboard page ? Please use that to see my downloads.

Got the issue.
Actually the my downloads menu is showed if the downloads are shared only to that specific user.
To select specific user for downloads you have to use the below addon with wpdm:
However, to enable the purchase option for wpdm to make it digital marketplace, you have to use the below plugin with wpdm:
