Hi there i try to use the free version to see how it works in order to buy Pro but when i log out i get error:

hi there i just press your logout choise on the left menu
It’s working fine from our side.
Kindly follow this steps, deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem.
Then, activate the plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
If the problem still persists, kindly share the login credentials in a private reply.

Have you tried deactivating the plugins to see if there might be any potential clashes between them?

Please choose a login page by navigating to Downloads > Settings > Frontend Access, here is the screenshot1, screenshot2.
Currently, the default login page is not selected, which is causing an error to appear. Once you select a login page, users will be redirected to it when they click on the Logout button.

thanks for fast reply! i have one more question if we buy pro each user will see only his messages or he sees the messages of all users between users and admin?
WPDM pro dose not include any message option, you have to get the WordPress Private Message add-on for messages.
Wordpress Private Message add-on allows site members to send private messages (PM) to each other or site admin. Users will have their own inbox and sent box.

ok thanks just one more issue. The users while logged in they see the admin bar! this should not happen. They should not see the black top bar at all

Tahasin one pre sale question. if i buy WordPress Private Message can a message from a client be answered by different admins? And secondly if admin A answers the message can the message be answered some time later also from admin B?
