Getting 404 Error

Hi,

1) I am getting 404 error on Add New file page. (frontend Uploader Page)
2) On Document Search Box it’s showing page URL.((frontend Uploader Page))

Please let me know the solution of above two questions.

Please check the shortcode docs here:

You have to use flaturl=0 with shortcode.
