Hi!
I’m unable to display the doc preview, I checked this Topic https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/doc_preview-not-work/ and spotted the conflict is caused by Google Site Kit (a largerly used plugin with 1+ million active installation provided directly by Google).
I’ve seen that Download Manager uses Google Docs to preview the file so maybe that is the root of the issue.
Does it exist any known applicable workaround?

Hi,
Thanks for identifying the issue.
In this case I would suggest to keep that plugin disabled.
If you think you need that plugin activated, you can use our pdf viewer addon which will not cause any issue.
