[doc_preview] not work

Hello,

This is my demo page. You can see that my template is “Single Column with Doc Preview”

But preview on the “card-body” part not working. I checked the template and shortcode is there.

        [doc_preview]
    </div>

How can I resolve this problem?

Hi,

I have checked on your issue. I think there may be a conflict with any plugins of your site or maybe conflict with any script within your theme. you can check them enabling/disabling the plugins also you can check it by switching to other themes.
