Dear WPDM Team,
I use WordPress Download Manager with the Premium Packages Plugin. When someone pays with PayPal, it goes to PayPal, takes payment fine, but then nothing happens. The customer can go back to the Shop with a button in PayPal after the PayPal payment, but then he needs to sign in, although he doesn’t have an account. In my backend I notice that the status is on Processing. Nothing happens there.
Perhaps the solution can be found in your article https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/payment-processing-problem-customer-cant-download/ that you cited in the Forum a few times. But unfortunately I get a 404 error.
Could you please help me and e.g. give me the correct URL to your article?
Thanks a lot!
Best regards,
CvD
If PayPal webnhook url was not configured properly, it may happen. Please send me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check your issue.
It looks like you didn’t setup paypal yet. Please follow https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/using-premium-package/setting-up-paypal-smart-button-for-premium-packages-digital-ecommerce-plugin/ to setup paypal.
Yes, let me know if you face any issue after that.
From wpdm ui settings, set the primary color to your theme color.

We already changed here the primary colors. The color purple is (and was) in the Frontend UI Settings nowhere to be found. It seems to be hard-coded in the popup since the element is called “.w3eden .color-purple” or “.color-purple .d-block” Do you have any other idea?
Great, thank you so much!
Have a nice weekend!
