Issue #1. A couple of weeks ago after updating to the version before the latest I started to get the message below only when on the back-end by clicking on the Dashboard>Home page. Please note that this does not happen when I go from the front-end to the back end by using the WP top bar clicking on the name of the site and then Dashboard. This always lands me in the Dashboard Home page loaded correctly. Interesting part is that I’ve uninstalled everything, from plugins to themes and I still get the same message. I’ve even tried reinstalling WordPress by using the reinstall button on the update page. Still the same message appears in the same link even with everything off.

    Message:
    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘WPDM\MediaAccessControl’ not found in /home/ajtsyste/public_html/dashboard/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/download-manager.php:131 Stack trace: #0 /home/ajtsyste/public_html/dashboard/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/download-manager.php(92): WPDM\WordPressDownloadManager->__construct() #1 /home/ajtsyste/public_html/dashboard/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/download-manager.php(579): WPDM\WordPressDownloadManager::instance() #2 /home/ajtsyste/public_html/dashboard/wp-settings.php(360): include_once(‘/home/ajtsyste/…’) #3 /home/ajtsyste/public_html/dashboard/wp-config.php(89): require_once(‘/home/ajtsyste/…’) #4 /home/ajtsyste/public_html/dashboard/wp-load.php(37): require_once(‘/home/ajtsyste/…’) #5 /home/ajtsyste/public_html/dashboard/wp-admin/admin.php(34): require_once(‘/home/ajtsyste/…’) #6 /home/ajtsyste/public_html/dashboard/wp-admin/index.php(10): require_once(‘/home/ajtsyste/…’) #7 {main} thrown in /home/ajtsyste/public_html/dashboard/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/download-manager.php on line 131

Issue #2. Now after updating to latest the list of tickets by the plugin Awesome Support stopped displaying users tickets. I know that this is the plugin that caused the issue because when I disable it then the list of tickets appear for all clients.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply.
Even when I deactivate all plugins and try to only activate WordPress Private Message, Fatal Error is the same.

    no it hasnt.

i have verified my access key and secret key by using it elsewhere and i am able to access my bucket.

I have also verified that i can browse to files on my bucket via my web browser by using the appropriate s3 url and following the path.

however, when i attempt to access the bucket from within the plugin, i get a 500 error. my error logs refer to PHP fatal error in list Buckets on s3.us-west-2. my bucket is on us.east-1.

i tried changing line 50 of the config file to put us.east-1 but it will not accept that.

i am not sure what else to try. i have switched themes, disabled every other plugin and checked everything. in no case does it ever work.

Hi, it’s fixed, my key license was missed into the plugin, now the fatal error has disappeared

    Hi i have this problem,

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpdm_zip_package() (previously declared in /home/www/cpmr/www/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/wpdm-functions.php:6) in /home/www/cpmr/www/wp-content/plugins/download-manager-wc/wpdm-functions.php on line 8

    Can you help me ?

    Thank you.

after further troubleshooting, we have identified an error in our logs.

the logs are referencing a PHP fatal error in list Buckets on s3.us-west-2

    our s3 bucket is us.east-1

i don’t see any place where i can input the region of my bucket.

on your screenshots for cloud storage, i see additional fields that are blurred out. i imagine that is where i might be able to select the region. i can only input access / secret / note and save settings.

how do i tell wpdm s3 to use the correct region for my bucket?

One of your active plugin or active theme is modifying the edit pacakge page content. There are many plugins active on your site. Should I proceed with temporary deactivation? Is there any hard dependency where deactivating a plugin will cause a fatal error?
