hi shaon, there is a trouble, when i click this page http://bpkkdkepri.org/download-categories, there is a parent Folder Produk Lainnya (0), my question why it shown 0 (zero), because there is a download package inside sub folder “Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (1)”
and why when i click Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (1) , the page become error 404.? because there is a file inside, the direct link download package inside is http://bpkkdkepri.org/unduh/lkpd

I would like to request you to build a plugin through which,user can get a list of their total downloaded product with number of The remaining products ( When daily download limit add-on is activated ).including their total number of downloaded products so far,Since they got registered into the website,
This would be more great if they get all these info with product’s ,Link, Thumbnail image or featured image and description ( if possible and wont take much time and efforts) with date of downloaded product,This either can be display in a different page after inserting short code of the plugin or user can see this detail in his/her profile page, A sidebar widget will give this plugin more rating.
This Feature Plugin may be titled with “My history” or “My Download info”

on my download page, here there is two link on the download button:
http://didiermartini.com/freesheet/one on the title, and one for the file package itself.
is there a possibility to remove the link on the title so no page will appears, and only the download of the file work?
i would like that people don’t see the page with all the informations of the file, like the amount of download etc.
only being able to download the file. nothing else.and anywyay, i didn’t succeded to modify the colors of this download page, (who is black there), or remove the sidebar on the right, so kind of useless for me anyway.

I created a link and a page template for downloading PDF files. My theme has sidebars and a footer. The download page is showing the sidebar…it just happens to be waaaay down the page. http://fromgrammysheart.com/download/winners-circle-cowl/ I can’t figure out what happened as earlier today it was fine. Tonight…messy.

When I use the following example code, of course completing the fill-ins such as category slug, etc, it results in “No Downloads Found”. Once I take out the order_by it works. However, when I have it set to order=”asc” it ignores that and sorts by desc instead.

We have purchased this plugin for our Car manuals site launching soon. What we are doing is uploading manuals ( one manuals per page / url) and all have to be password protected by single password. After configuration we only found single password for package but issue is when we upload multiple files in one package they displayed on one page for download that we never allow.
Can you please guide about settings so our developer can configure that
one download per page /URL
all downloads protected by single passworde.g

Just purchased the pro version after having used the free plugin for a while.
I have run into two issues:
#1. I cannot get this table to work right on my website:
http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/all-downloads/As you can see in the screenshot, something is going wrong with the title column in the table – its also placing a huge margin above and below the table for some reason as well…
Also, how do you place that download button in the table the same as in your demo website I linked above?
The shortcode I am currently using is:
[wpdm-all-packages items_per_page="20" jstable=1]#2. I want to completely disable the option for users of the plugin to get access to the server. This should not be possible anywhere using the plugin. How do I do this?

I currently have the free version of Download Manager installed on my site (see link to site in private reply below). I use it so that clients can download the order forms for our various products. Currently, at the bottom of each product page is a download icon/button to the Excel document. The download button also includes text info such as the minimum order quantity.I’d like to upgrade to Download Manager Pro. First, a few questions…
1. Can I keep the same/similar design of the download button on each page with the text? How can I do this?
2. Will I need to upload all of the files and replace info for each file (order quantity) after upgrading to Pro?
3. Does the Pro version still use shortcodes to include the download buttons on pages/posts?Thanks!
ScottI’m using single mp3s in each package to allow music downloads. It is important that we count the downloads. The problem I’m having is that when I click on the package link to show the page with the mp3 preview it loads the file and counts it as a download.

i have seen that, but i think problem didn’t resolve, you set 1 download for guest and a 5 downloads for others like,Administrator,Subscriber,
although i wanted to disable download for guest. anyway if i log into my account as an administrator or as a subscriber, it is still showing the same message “”Download Limit Exceeded”” after many days whereas my Limit Reset Period was only 1 day,you know what i mean, why message doesn’t go after one day, why download link isn’t enabling after this period is completed.In reply to: wpdm-daily-download-2.0.0
