You can remove the download button on the link page by following the below procedure.
Changing Template Files in /plugins/download-manager/tpls/link-templates ( Download Manager Plugin ) dir:
Copy /plugins/download-manager/tpls/link-templates dir to your active theme dir
Rename it to download-manager
Now remove all files from {active-theme}/download-mamager except the ones you need to modify
Update template file(s) in {active-theme}/download-manager dir as per your need

Hello,
Thank you for adding the new option to duplicate downloads in 5.3.4.
By default users with the role of Editor are unable to see the Duplicate link for each Download in the ‘All Packages’ list. Is there a way to turn this on for Editors?

2 months of going around in circles and constantly having to follow up for a reply — I have managed to trouble shoot and fix the issue myself. The code we used to fix the issue for anyone with the same problem:

My customers are able to add items to the cart, check out using Stripe, and after checkout, they are redirected to the “all orders” page. From there, they can click the linked order number or the “order details” button, both of which link to the order details page where the package should be available for download.
The problem is that the order details page shows nothing about the item(s) ordered, all dollar totals are $0.00, and there is no file to download. Instead, there’s the text “If you still want to complete this order” and a big “Pay Now” button. My customers are paying for items and are not able to download their items.
They are also receiving an email with order details and a link to the order details page but the link points to the same page, where nothing is available.

Using the following shortcode:

On both the Profile and Download History menus, the links look like this:
https://thecountycut.com/?post_type=wpdmpro&p=289
Resulting in a 404 error.
On My Downloads, they look like this:
https://thecountycut.com/download/tuolumne-documents-20210315-2/
Which works as expected. Please advise how this can be fixed.

but it is still shown in the menu and not applied.

I have checked that, everything is working fine. I think it can happen by the options beneath download info Share this, facebook, twitter, linkedin, it can sometimes. I hope you have understood

Not exactly sure, your APP needs to be able to handle the WordPress login system properly with proper cookie support. Otherwise, the download will not work, as if wpdm can’t detect the logged-in user ( using WordPress’s native functions ), the download link will not work.
We have downloaded and updated the plugin. When we ask for password reset now we do get a link on the email but it does not work, doesn’t do anything when clicked.

Hi,
I’m using the Directory Add-On and what the Download button links to open the document/post page instead of downloading the file. I’ve enabled the ‘Open in Browser’ option in the basic settings but it has not made any difference. Also, I opened another forum thread about the document viewer not working and still need some help with this.

No Sir it is not the AdSense issue, it is the plugin issue, you were fixed that problem when you update the plugin, but when sir nayeem did any modification after that problem become when Adsense working fine on my site everywhere except that page,

sir, it is downloading the correct file for the first time when the user visits and click on any download, but after that, it is downloading the same file for every click of the download button. so I think it is a cache problem etc, that it is saving the first click data or something
