Did you have a moment to take a look at my problem?
The client really wants to add more docs and thats not possible now.I also tried if it would work with all other plug-ins, including WPML, turned off but I still get empty downloads.
I am looking forward for your answer.

Arianeall downloads short-code will not show everything else properly except facebook lock option, as fb like button sometimes failed to load in popover, but there is nothing to do with wpdm pro. for facebook locked package need to go to package details page to download. Again many thousands of users using wpdm pro without any frustration. so in your case it can’t be my fault. anyhow I’ve already replying each of your query in quickest possible time.

I’ve used the “all packages” shortcode and the list comes up, but none of the “lock” options are working. Two days into this and I’m ready to fight for my money back…unless I can get this working.
A product should not come with hours of frustration.
For some reason the download pop-overs are not loading on my site any more – all was fine a couple of weeks ago, and as far as I know nothing has changed. I am running v3.3.5 (haven’t upgraded as I don’t want to break the site).

[wpdm_my_downloads] don’t take category as parameter.
if you want to show specific categoy you need to use [wpdm-all-packages category="category-slug"]In reply to: Category Settings not available

I am using [wpdm_my_downloads] but can I set a category to show only not all docs?

Try it again. I have enabled the Facebook share lock and it doesn’t work. I also can’t seem to figure out how you created the “All Downloads” link on your page. That is what I”m looking for.

3) when i place shortcode [wpdm-archive button_style=”default”] on my themes homepage ( Sahifa WordPress Theme http://themes.tielabs.com/?theme=sahifa ) it displays only the categories and filtering is not working . It works only on a page only with shortcode. On theme i put the code on a placemark for ads. For some reason i still have problem with zip file. It has 0 bytes size.
Also i noticed that download counter is now counting when someone downloads individual files. Why is that hapening.
And finaly. When i try to use arxhive page [wpdm-archive button_style=”default”] on a specific place on the page filtering is not working.

I need to secure the downloads for my client and he is asking for a very specific way to do things. I want to know if I am able to do this (described below) with the Micro Form add-on. or to what extent will add on’s do this?
to access the downloads, there should be a login (username or email, preferably email) and password, or the option to register an account. The register account fields would be full name, company name, phone number and email address. My client wants to control access by email address, so when someone registers, he will have to confirm or deny that email address having access.
Once the email address is confirm, all the user has to do is enter their email address and it gives them access to the downloads.
Is this, or something like this remotely possible? do you have any suggestions on some similar way to do this? or if its custom work, is it something you would be willing to assist with for an additional fee?

How can I get same looking with http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/expo/We do not want to show all our downloads on the archive page, only ones from certain categories.
Is there an easy way to do this?I’m using WPDM Pro 4.0.6. I’ve created a custom link template using Downloads -> Templates and I can see that the template is being used in [WPDM-archive]. That’s all good.
However, I also want the link template to be used whenever packages are listed in other search results. This should be when using site search, tag cloud or using the category list. Whenever the download is displayed in those results some default WP template is used but I want the custom link to be used.
Can you please advise how I might achieve this?
yes, there are no option for tag archive, as it is actually theme part, you can use a theme from here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/downloads/themes/ , in those theme pages are specially designed for wpdm.
I’ve created a custom link template using Downloads -> Templates editor. When I view lists of downloads in [wpdm-archive] they display correctly using the custom templates. I have the setting “Link Template for Archive Page” set to the new template. That’s all good.
However, when I view post listings that have been created using a tag cloud or site search or category list, the template is not applied. WP appears to be using a standard template in those cases. How can I configure it so that WP always uses the WPDM template assigned to the package.

Hi,
Just purchased WPDM Pro with the Directory addon and am having a few issues getting it up and running.
Here is what I have done:
Installed the plugins, created a category, created two packages and assigned them to that category.First issue is that when I click to view a category it takes me to a wordpress archives site. Why does this happen? What would I need to do to fix this?
Second issue is that I can’t seem to get the login form or button to appear. I checked the box Show Only Login Button Instead of Login Required Message in the settings. When should it come up? When you view the category or the package. What I would like to happen is that users should not be able to see any of the categories until they login. I created a page called downloads and added the shortcode [wpdm-categories] but that displays all of the categories immediately and I don’t see the login button or login form.
