Share on Facebook to Download add-on will add a new lock option with WordPress Download Manager ( Require WPDM v4+ ), so you can lock a package with Facebook share. Visitors will be able to download the package after they share it on Facebook.
How to setup Facebook Share Lock:
- Download and Install WordPress Download Manager if you already don’t have it installed
- Download and Install Share on Facebook to Download
- Create a new Facebook App here
- Get the App ID from App settings page and save it in WPDM Facebook Share Lock settings.
- Then click Add Platform button and select Web
- Add your site URL and save settings
- Now you are ready to use Facebook Share Lock. To enable this lock in a download, go to package settings and check the Facebook Share Lock under Lock Options Tab.

Facebook Share Lock is supporting add-on for Download Manager. Each package/download you create with Download Manager has a settings metabox in edit screen. Please check following image taken from package settings.

so how do i install it?
Just like any other regular plugin.
