Upload and download is not working

This is helpful but not adequate. I have the same need… to track the download of individual files within the package.

Thanks for your reply. I am using Advanced Access Control and have that checkbox option. However, when I make changes to a package, select that checkbox, and click Update, the customer receives a New Item Notification email, not an Item Update Notification. Customers need to be informed that a package has been updated, not that a new package has been shared with them.

I have the same question, and I already have the Pro version. Is there any way simpler than the [wpdm_frontend] shortcode, perhaps customizing the page template? I need the user with whom a package is shared to be able to add to the package by uploading a file.
