Another thing i have noticed that when i disable wp super cache and then enable it the problem goes for few minutes and then it comes back again after sometime.
Do you have wordpress download manager plugin 2.6.0 version?
If you can’t help please send me 2.6.0 version of downloadmanager plugin so atleast my problem gets resolved
