I also have this problem. I found a quick work around as follows:- when highlighting your list of files to upload, highlight from the bottom up rather than the top down. It will then upload them in reverse order. Hope this helps!
Hi Tom – I have the same issue as you. I couldn’t wait any longer for a fix so I have rolled back to version 4.9.7 which has resolved it for now. Not ideal though!
I could not wait any longer for a fix. I have rolled back to version 4.9.7 which has stopped the problem. Obviously this is a temporary fix until you can resolve the issue caused by version 5.0.3? Please respond. Thanks

It’s still not working for me – see attached file. I have over 12,000 staff that will be experiencing the same issue as we all use the same software and set up. If you have any idea what might be causing this I will be very grateful for a resolution. Thanks
