Yes, this issue was resolved immediately when I added a note to my profile… However, the problem now is that all notes added after that moment (5th December) are being ignored, and nobody is responding to me. If you are kindly considering my request, I’ll restate the matter from my last note here:

Could you please clarify whether the invoice pertains to the past 12 months or the upcoming subscription period?
If it is for the upcoming period, we kindly request the cancellation of the invoice, as we promptly submitted our cancellation request and will not be utilizing the service.

On Dec 5, 2024, at 02:49, I added an order note following the opening of this topic and promptly received a response.
Subsequently, on Dec 5, 2024, at 03:05, I added another order note to further address the issue. To follow up, I sent two additional reminders on Dec 9, 2024, at 09:02, and Dec 16, 2024, at 09:01. I have not received a reply to my later notes.
