Any update please as it is pending from yesterday as well please always show which WordPress version it supports as other plugins are doing

Hi Tanvir,

Any framework will always recommend using the latest version even on mobile devices but at last, its the user’s choice. We have not taken the WordPress old version and created the site, our site is old and whatever the latest version was at that time we took that.

Here we are talking about the plugin that in the plugin it’s not mentioned from which version it gets supported as other plugins mentioned, if your team has mentioned that so we won’t purchase it.

Now please proceed the refund or make it compatible with our version.

Where is the recommendation available on plugin purchase, please? can you share that recommendation screenshot with us? Where did it mention that your plugin is based on which version?

As mentioned that we cannot upgrade the version as our website is very old and having many functionality which will affect which we do not want currently

Hi,

But where you have mentioned that your plugin will be compatible with which version? As there is no information available so we purchase it considering that it’s compatible with every version.

Every plugin gives this information that their plugin will be applicable from WordPress following version, which is not mentioned on your plugin so it will consider that there is no version restriction available.

We can not upgrade the version currently as this site is more than 5 years old and has a very stable front end and back end.

So either make it compatible with the given version or provide an alternate solution rather than upgrade the version.
