Hi, Tanvir
Thank you for your assistance much appreciated. The issue is now resolved.
Thanks Nayeem, but I think I didn’t explain it properly.
When I upload a pdf, I want the pdf filename to be the new package name automatically.
I have hundreds of these files and it’s going to take me ages to type each filename as package name.

[file_list] [link_label]
<div class=”panel panel-default”>
<div class=”panel-heading”><b>Document to Download</b></div>
<div class=”panel-body”>
[file_list] [link_label]
</div>
This is the code in my page template:
<div class=”panel panel-default”>
<div class=”panel-heading”><b>Document to Download</b></div>
<div class=”panel-body”>
[file_list] [link_label]
</div>
Hi,
I had the same issue, ‘single-file download’ fixes the problem, however, I want the download file to open in a new page once clicking the download link. At the moment it opens it in the same window, thus taking me away from the website.
Any suggestions?
I would like a report showing how many documents were UPLOADED monthly, not just how many were downloaded.
This is an urgent request as our website will need to go live this weekend.
I would appreciate immediate assistance.
Thank you!
Hi thank you for the response. The “expiration message” is now showing. It is just a bit delayed.
Thanks
Hi,
So I have found a way to by-pass the default alphabetical order of the categories.
I had to name each month as follows: “Month/01/January/2018” and “Month/02/February/2018” etc.
Commas and spaces do not help – default alphabetical or still applies. I had to start each sub- category name with “Month” and separate with a forward-slash to by-pass alphabetical order.
If anyone is having this problem try it.
Hi,
Thank you for your response!
This is unfortunate because the plugin is so convenient and great.
When will the next update be available? Is there any alternative and/or something we can do to bypass this error in the meantime? A different plugin or shortcode perhaps? Maybe a different template
Thanks.
Hi There!
I have the pro version and I would also like to sort some of my documents by date.
I have tried the “create_date” short-code but it was unsuccessful.
Could I perhaps get some assistance?
It seems that the problem is only applied to the the documents which categories have sub-headings and sub-sub-headings. I have used the Primary category in the shortcode. I think this might be the problem. How to I adjust/fix the shortcode. Is there an alternative?
Hi, what If I want to show more than one category?
