Ok so I make the response for all users who have same problem.

Download manager had a Access Control, in bottom of the page of the file see the capture, files by files. You can, like in my case, allow only Suscribers or Contributors WordPress.

Several demand like I want to, asked to get private a category (and not files by files). In 2016 It was in the tubes but I don’t know if it’s the cas today. If it is, I will buy this addon.

I have more than 500 files and 650 users. Some are Suscribers in WordPress, others are contributors.

It would be better that “suscribers” allowed to certains categories and others to others categories for “contributors”, following strcuture access of WordPress, no ?
