Hi Hasibul,

It was working fine before. Why would it stop working all of a sudden? Are you saying we need to install this plugin?
Thank you!

Hi,
We are having the link expire issue. We see that the new version is supposed to fix this issue, but when we updated to the new version, we were getting an #unlock issue which did not clear up regardless of clearing the cache. Please advise on how to fix this.

Not working again. Getting unlock message again. And on iPad, getting nothing.
– Update: Fixed it again on my own. Could you please provide the fix for this situation? thank yoU!

We fixed it ourselves by going back to .2 version and clearing the cache.

Hi, I switched it back to the previous version and now it is working on Chrome and my iPad but not Firefox and Edge. Still getting the #unlock at the of the URL when I click it.

No, it is not. Please read my email. We are not able to download. Only in Chrome. Everywhere else we’re getting #unlock at the end of the URL. And, it is not opening. The link isn’t opening, even after we put in our info. etc.

in reply to: Package List Addon #67684

Hello,

My clients are getting told their links have expired when they click on the link that was emailed to them. The message reads, “Download link is expired. Please get new download link.” Why does this happen? Is there a way to manage expirations? I saw responses in the forum regarding Dropbox expired links but not on expired link messaging from the emails. How can we manage this? We didn’t set an expiration date on the packages.

Separately, will our updating the package and re-uploading a new one in its place cause the link to expire? If so, how can we replace files without having that happen?

Thank you.

Hi Shahriar, I must’ve missed your first response. I did not get the email notification and then did not know where to find the thread in here. How do you find the thread in here?

#1) Thank you! This worked perfectly! 🙂
#2) I have several email options through the website and they all work without a problem. I tested it again today and it worked fine. Thank you!

Like I mentioned, WP Download Manager is really the best product of its kind out there. Keep up the great work!
