i will share with you. can you guide me where can i change emails that are sent to admins when someone send us message. We get notification when someone messages us. i have checked settings but there are no sender parameter we can add. We are unable to identify which user has send us message from email.

this is the format how can we add sender parameter so we atleast know from email which user had send us message
Thanks i was able to get new version but unfortunately even with updated version other admins cant reply to messages in all messages and gets Error! You are not authorized!

yes now inbox and chat threads are visible by changes CSS. You may close this thread.
.w3eden .tab-content>.active this class was displayed as none and opacity was set to 0 by default. Let me know if this comes by default? For now i have over-ride this to be displayed blocked and opacity as 1. closing this thread for now.
