The image we’re trying to show using <img src="[preview]" /> is for any image files dropped under the ‘Attach File’ area on the top right:

We’ve removed plugin ‘Prevent Browser Caching’ to try to resolve the PDF loading issue; please let me know if you’re still able to replicate the loading inconsistency

We would like the document preview to work

When you mentioned pasting in the file URL works for document preview; can you please show examples of file links that work?

Thank you for the screen recording, but we would like to be able to preview the document in an iFrame vs clicking ‘Download’ straight away

I think another moderator was able to address the shortcode not showing, they applied a patch. I want to show just the downloads shared with that user, not list all downloads, is there a way to do that?
