The image we’re trying to show using <img src="[preview]" /> is for any image files dropped under the ‘Attach File’ area on the top right:

We’ve removed plugin ‘Prevent Browser Caching’ to try to resolve the PDF loading issue; please let me know if you’re still able to replicate the loading inconsistency

That option doesn’t work, can you please show how to get a file link from Dropbox and paste in the ‘Insert URL’ field for a package using Single Column Document Preview page template?
That is the part I’m stuck on because Dropbox is still forcing the download since their preview mode cannot be embedded in an iFrame

When you mentioned pasting in the file URL works for document preview; can you please show examples of file links that work?
When we tried pasting the URL from using link generators via OneDrive or Dropbox it doesn’t work.
Only embedded links work from OneDrive so far.
Can you please show an example file URL for OneDrive and one file URL for Dropbox that work?

When I paste in the URL into Insert URL it doesn’t show document preview and it’s not fetching the correct file type either.
It’s fetching .aspx instead of .xlsx
The OneDrive addon instructions are out of date, when I tried to follow it but cannot get the final redirect URL to put in the settings

It wasn’t clear that updating the Downloads Manager plugin was what I needed to do

Someone helped us apply a patch that I had to restore to get it to display again; but latest plugin doesn’t have working shortocdes

I think another moderator was able to address the shortcode not showing, they applied a patch. I want to show just the downloads shared with that user, not list all downloads, is there a way to do that?
