what are the next step? I haven’t heard of you yesterday? A customer of us called yesterday and complained that he could not download our software from our homepage.

Hello Mr. Sohrat,
I have it now tested against with my handy (Apple Iphone13) and two different notebooks, the download doesn’t run.
I can show you the situation during a Teams-meeting or a Team-Viewer-meeting.
The problem with Download Manager is relative new, we work for a long time with Download Manager and had no problems.
I think it is a problem with the German language in dependent of the browser.

sorry, please choose an another download, I have delete the password for the 64-Bit-Version, because a customer want download the software.

Hello Mr. Sohrat,
we work with 2 browser (Mozilla, MS-Edge). With both browsers have we same problems and all our customers cannot download our Software.
Can it be, that the problem is dependent from our german language?
I cannot see a screencast?
