Okay, cool, let me set up a duplicate so we don’t mess up any work already done. Will reply shortly.

Thanks, still need a little help here though, which may involve paying you guys for assistance? We want the files to show up here:

https://www.evernote.com/l/AKSREDK5T2xAD5TzlEbS5tJjnaVsVVSQmsM

Currently, it only lists the full package. The client wants to upload 4-5 files to the package and then on that page list the package and below it the contents of the package (all the files).

Main Package
File 1 – Download (linked or download link provided)
File 1 – Download (linked or download link provided)
File 1 – Download (linked or download link provided)

My developer said the add-on you mentioned won’t do this, he said:

The directory add on that is being referred to by the forum works on the package detail page. When the file count is more than 30, then the directory plug in enables the search functionality on package detail page automatically.

Please review the two links below;

Front – https://www.screencast.com/t/X4vaIgcKDeR

Back end setting – https://www.screencast.com/t/AZF9TsDX

This will not work. We want the MAIN SEARCH PAGE to display the files. Can you advise?

You haven’t answered half my questions. Again, my license isn’t working even though I paid you over $180. Second, the add-on I need, the directory one, is not available there. Please reply with useful information.

We purchased ALL ADD ONS. What is the name of this add-on in the ALL ADD ONS zip file? I assume by ALL you meant ALL so this is included right? Can you provide to us if it’s not in that zip?

Okay, you may be missing my question. Can the system AUTOMATICALLY notify the users that a new package/file has been added to their queue? If you cannot do this currently, how should a developer proceed with this or can you even be hired to set this up?

Our client’s goal is:

Onboard a bunch of members.
Provide access to them.
Whenever they have files to assign to them, upload the files and control the access using Advanced Access Manager (custom access levels).

Once they assign and hit save on the new package, we want the system to send out the email to all users who were provided access.

Do you have a tool to do this or do we need either your or third party custom development?

Thanks!
