I don’t know what happened after you logged into my site. Now i noticed that paystack payment option does not show up anymore on the subscription plan page. This started after you logged in.
I am talking about the subscription side of payment and not the regular check out side.
You know where it shows all the options available to pay with? Even when i have paystack enable in premium packages and membership pro.
Let me start by saying, my site is a subscription site. I do not sell any digital content. So for clarification purposes…
The site is mainly a subscription site. The problem we are having with paystack is to function with membership plugin and for it to work with subscription and not to sell anything on the site.
To verify that paystack works with the site completely, could you please use paystack (test) to pay for a subscription plan.

I know you are busy and helping others but this issue has been lingering since November 30th as you can see from the date of my first post. There hasn’t been any solution.
Shahriar had mentioned that an update would be ready last week to fix the problem. Am guessing he must have noticed a bug. I anxiously waited for the update, i never saw any.
Am surprised that it works for you according to your screenshot.
I had given you login details yesterday as requested but i am yet to hear anything from you about what the findings are.
I really would appreciate if this issue could be fixed soon.

Please is there any news about Paystack and when it will be getting an update?
This is taking too long. I understand that you are busy and taking care of other customers but looking at the date of my post you will see this has taken so long and we are on the same place. The same error message from day one. I dont know why both payment channels (stripe and paystack) that i want are giving me problems.
Now that i have the test secret, could you please test it on your end?

I saved the test signing secret from stripe.com in premium packages and i am still getting the error message

I got the test card details from stripe to test it.
I know you said this was fixed in 5.0.3. Its not working for me still. See screenshot below to see the error message i am getting.
