in reply to: How to Show Related Files after Package Details #30754

I have this exact problem. It says no download found but all my downloads have tags on them. But it does not find them. I have over one thousand downloads and over a hundred have similar tags in them but yet it says “No Related Download Found”.
Is there a fix for this problem?

FYI – i added “[similar_downloads]” to my page template.

Clear the contents of wpdm-reg-form.php.

For login page no such option for now, anyhow I’ll add the option with next update under front-end settings page.

Hi,
You did not include this to the next update as you said.

Hi @Tauhid,
Thank you for your response. This was what i tried.
$access = array('all-visitor'); $access = serialize($access); $wpdb->query("update {$wpdb->prefix}postmeta set meta_value='$access' where meta_key='__wpdm_access'");
And all the downloads locked up. I used all visitor because am trying to make all the packages temporarily available. So not the ones that used to be available are all asking visitors to log in.

What did i do wrong? Or what is the slug for All Visitors? Or how do i make it available for free access?
Thanks

Can i still use the above code?Is the code functional based on the new version?

I want to give all visitors access. How do i do it?

What am trying to say is….
Admin users should always get a message or notification when a package has been created from the frontend. Because in my site, i set it up so that the package is placed for review by an admin for approval before it is posted. Sometimes the admins dont know a package is waiting to be reviewed.

Hi,
Please is there any update for the [wpdm-all-packages]? I know you asked us to wait for the big update (Custom post type etc)
The big update is here, so how can we achieve creating [wpdm-all-packages] on our site now?
I want to be able to create a page with the same feature [wpdm-all-packages] had in version 3.
I have the code on my page and i see all the tracks but i cant seem to find or see the search feature that used to be on the page.
Please help.
